In 1994, BRI International Consulting, Inc. was formed to assist clients with projects that exist outside the United States. BRI International Consulting, Inc. is based in the Cayman Islands and is managed and owned by Keith R. McCarthy. During the past thirteen years, BRI International has provided auditing services in many of the oil producing countries around the world.
