ORGANIZATION
BRI Consulting Group, Inc was incorporated in the State of Texas in 1993. The company is owned and managed by Mr. Keith McCarthy, a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Mr. McCarthy serves as president and managing director of the company. The company has signed contracts with thirty-one consultants located throughout the United States and Canada who are responsible for performing engagements secured by BRI. All of BRI's lead consultants are professional accountants possessing a minimum of fifteen years of experience; most have in excess of twenty years.
Mr. McCarthy's primary responsibility is to insure that assignments are performed in a thorough and consistent manner and that the client's needs are addressed. Additional responsibilities include client interface, staff scheduling, marketing and performing all administrative duties associated with operating the business. The preparation and completion of the field work phase of the assignments along with report writing is the responsibility of the consultants. Final report review and delivery is the responsibility of Mr. McCarthy.
